Here is a brief 'low down' for what both incomes mean:

Active Income is income from your job, career or devotion. You trade time and effort and in return you get paid. The thing about this income is it is limited to (obviously) the TIME you have -- in a day or a lifetime for that matter; and the EFFORT you can exert.

The BIG question is, "How long can you last doing what you do for a living?"

If your answer is, "Not THAT long!" then you know you have to look for alternative soon. Giving the current economic situation, soon could be sooner OR maybe just around the corner (recession is like a vicious vortex that sucks everything in -- including honest working man and women like you and me [cough]).

Passive Income is not exactly the opposite of 'active income' but looks like it. You put effort in making it work initially and by inertia, it keeps pumping cashflow into your networth without you realizing it. It feels like an old pal who suddenly bump into you in a busy shopping mall on Christmas Eve (imagine how that must make you feel).

The summary of this income seems to be: Work once and get paid over and over.

There's no labor-intensive work after the initial hardwork; just some upkeep.

And guess what? Google Adsense has the potential to be a stream of your passive income (a.k.a residual income). Why? It is so because initially you have to put extra effort to do research, build webpages, get backlink, get targeted traffic, and the whole nine yards but after a while they acquire life of their own.

All you need to do then is some simple upkeep.

I'm a fan of Yahoo! Answer.

Everyday I make my rounds in it and learn by reading, asking question and give something back answering questions.

And by doing that, not only I understand what I've learned, I get immediate benefit from this activity: instant targeted traffic.

One of my favorite subject is Adsense. You can see the questions people asked about adsense by doing a simple search. This is how you do it:

Log into your Yahoo! Answer account or sign up if you don't have one.
In your Yahoo! Answer home, beside the search box you you'll see 'Advance'. Click that.
In 'Advance' search page, you key in the 'keywords' you are looking for. Tick other option where you see fit.
Click search.
Repeat with other keywords.

You can do this all day but if you decide to answer, the number of question you can answer depends on your level (beginners is about 10).

But more importantly is 'how you answer it'.

Yahoo! Answer community, honestly, might have no idea what your answer is, and they are fast to suspend and delete answer that 'chat-like' and cluttered with links.

If you are using Yahoo! Answer as a mean to generate traffic, I recommend you structure your answer just like you answer 'exam' or 'test' question.

That means 'formal', 'boring' and full of facts. Try to avoid chat or conversation like tone.

And leave the link is 'Sources'. I know there's exception but lets play safe. I don't know who are behind the Answer Community and I won't bother myself to get to know them.

I just think they can be 'ignorant' and 'uninformed' most of the time (no heart feeling...if they have one that is).

Don't Get Caught With Google Adsense Click Fraud

Many web site owners are getting their Google Adsense account terminated when they have done nothing wrong to deserve the punishment. Considering the money that they are getting from Adsense, they would certainly want to get back into it.

It is that same consideration why the Google Adsense click fraud is thought of and why many people are getting into it.

Click fraud is the act of clicking on ads for the purpose of costing the advertiser money. It is simply the same as paying out cash for false leads. Many people website owners are aware of this fraud and are sharing the same sentiment that this is the one big problem that Adsense is facing.

How do you prevent being involved in this fraud?

Majority of web hosts are offering access logs. Once this is offered to you, it is necessary that you hand it over to Google as well.
